Every once in a while, a cable comes loose in Konnect or Loop, causing one speaker to appear as though it is not working.
Please follow the steps below to help troubleshoot and resolve this.
Only Video's Audio is Affected:
Please start here if this problem is only affecting the Apple TV's (video) audio:
Check the red and white audio cables that are plugged into the audio mixer.
Verify they are both plugged in all the way by pushing the connectors into the mixer.
If either of them were slightly loose, play the video on the Apple TV and verify if audio is coming out of both speakers.
If the same problem occurs, swap the red and white cable ends on the back of the Shure Mixer. If the problem persists on the same speaker, there is a possibility the speaker is the issue. If the problem moves to the other speaker, the cable may be the issue. Please make sure both ends of the cable are plugged in all the way. If one side is still not working after this, there is likely a bad cable that will need to be replaced.
Please start here if this issue is affecting both microphones' and the Apple TV's (video) audio.
Ensure the two 1/4" cables that are plugged into the "Main Output" jacks on the back of the audio mixer.
Verify they are both plugged in all the way by pushing the connectors into the mixer.
If either of them were slightly loose, talk into a microphone or play the video on the Apple TV and verify audio is coming out of both speakers.
If sound is still only coming out of one speaker, please submit a Help Desk Ticket.
