Every once in a while, technology freezes up or stops working correctly. Most issues that are involved with the lighting app on the iPads in Loop/Konnect can be resolved with a restart of the iPad. Because the lighting iPad in Loop and Konnect is enclosed in a case, we cannot get to the power button easily. This article will walk through how to restart the iPad using "AssistiveTouch" to avoid taking the iPad out of the case.
Open "Settings" on the iPad
Look for this logo, and tap on it to open "Settings"
Turn on "AssistiveTouch"
When turning AssistiveTouch on, you will see a white and gray circle appear on your screen.
Open Luminair and test Application
