Rebooting the DVR (GOC) audio box is the solution to most audio related DVR issues. This operation is only available to Life.Church campuses that have been launched after 2016.
If your location was launched before 2016, please call the Tech Help Desk, and we can help get audio back to the DVR feed asap.
Open Dante Controller:
Click the Dante Controller icon in the desktop dock to open Dante Controller.
Navigate to "Device View":
Press "Command + D" on your keyboard to open Device View.
If "Command + D" does not open 'Device View', click on "Device" in the Dante Controller toolbar and select "Device View"
When the Device View window opens, click the device selection dropdown menu and select your location's GOC option. i.e. {ALB}-GOC.
Select "Device Config" for the GOC (DVR) audio box.
Click "Reboot" in the Reset Device section.
Confirm the reboot, and wait about 5 minutes before testing it out.
