No Audio from Satellite - Help!

This article will walk you through a few steps to troubleshoot why you might not have audio from the satellite receiver.  Although this is not a complete guide and not all possible options are covered, here are the most common reasons we find that a location might loose audio from the satellite receiver.

Do you have audio through the switcher from any other device?

If you have audio from another device such as the KiPro, proceed to the next step in this article.  

If you DO NOT have audio from any other source, please use Dialpad to call the Tech Help Desk.  

Have you rebooted your satellite receiver today?

Have you rebooted your satellite receiver today? 

We find quite often that receiver will boot up for the day and will receive video but not audio.  Most of the time a simple reboot will fix the issue.
