Rebooting the Harmonic ProView Satellite Receiver

Sometimes you may have lines in the video feed, lip sync issues, or no audio at all; the first step in troubleshooting is to reboot. Please reboot before contacting support. This article will walk you through rebooting a Harmonics satellite receiver. Please keep in mind that it may take a few minutes to reboot completely. 

Steps to Reboot:

Use the arrow keys and the "Enter" button to navigate through the steps below.  

1. Navigate to "Unit":

Press Enter to clear the screensaver and scroll down to "Unit" and press Enter.

2. Scroll Down to "Reboot":

Use the arrows to scroll to "Reboot" and press Enter.

3. Confirm by Pressing "Enter":

Press Enter again to confirm you want to reboot.

The screen above shows that you have successfully rebooted. This process shouldn't take much longer than two minutes to complete.
