If someone has turned off the Ross switcher or you a power outage has occurred at your campus, we have come up with any easy way to reset.

Steps to Reset the Switcher:
- Turn it on - Sometimes starting with the basic operations is best.
- Load the Switcher Surface Defaults - By restoring these settings, the different layers and keys will be reset to the positions we want them to start.
Please do not attempt this in the middle of a service. This is weekend critical and will cause program and all outputs to go black.
- Press the "Reset" Button.
- Press Enter (button 9) on the Key/Aux/Custom Bus, or row.
That should be it, you should now be able to test and switch as normal.
