Setting the Auditorium Clock to match the clock sent via Satellite

Updated on

We use the auditorium clock several times during the week to run our satellite locations on exactly the same schedule. It will be necessary for you to update the time on the clock to match the time being sent via video over Satellite. On a weekend, the video/tech volunteers set the clock both on Saturday and Sunday before the start of the services. This article covers how to set the time on the clock at your campus.

Take the clock off the wall if necessary. Most locations have the buttons available without removing the clock.

Locate the four buttons on the back of the clock.

Locate the four buttons on the back of the clock.

Set the clock

Each time you press the UP or DOWN button, the seconds are reset to zero.  Practice by hitting up or down to see the change.

You will want to change the minute on your clock at the same time that the Satellite changes to the next minute.

Have someone help you by reading the seconds as they approach the next minute and hit down or up to match at the correct moment.
